We use this to hold the time slot, but will only use it in case of a no show or short cancellation.  At the time of your walk, you can pay us with cash, check or credit card.  If you do not want to email the credit card number, you can call us at (865) 436-8283.  If no one picks up is safe to leave it on the answering machine.

Cancellation Policy : All outings with A Walk in the Woods are meant to be enjoyable. We do not charge for weather related cancellations.  For reasons other than weather, walks canceled by clients within 48 hours of scheduled departure will be charged 50% of cost. Walks canceled by clients within 24 hours of scheduled departure will be charged full cost.
